About Pool Renew

Don’t pay someone to destroy your pool!

Let me save you money while protecting your pool!

There is a better way!

Let’s face it—swimming pools and spas are expensive to build and maintain.  Utah’s water is filled with magnesium and calcium—two chemicals that bond to the plaster on the sides and bottom of pools, attracting dirt and pollutants.  When this happens, you are left with a hard, green or black-colored chemical deposit on the pool’s plaster.
It is impossible to simply brush away these chemical deposits from your pool.  To rid a pool of these chemical deposits, acid must be added to the deposits to loosen them from the plaster.  In the past, this involved:
1--draining the pool,
2--spraying acid directly onto the affected plaster,
3--filling the pool with water again,
4--finally, adding chemicals to rebalance the water.

This is time-consuming and expensive!  After 2 or 3 acid washes, you will have to replaster your pool, costing you thousands of dollars!  In essence, every time to have someone acid wash your pool, you are paying him to wash away your plaster and destroy your pool.—Why?

Traditional Way            Our Way

Drain/Refill Pool  $100-175              $ 0
Add Chemicals    $120-150              $ 0
Service                 $325-425+              $450-$600
Replaster Job*     $3,500-$4,500     $ 0
 *once every 7-10 years

Note: Quotes are for up to 22,000 gallon pool, in good condition.  Larger or damaged pools will be priced on ‘as is’, or linear deck footage basis.

There is a better way to clean your pool or spa!

An revolutionary discovery has found that a pool can be cleaned with acid…without draining the pool, without excessive labor, without destroying the plaster, and at a cleaning cost that is often less than the normal cost of a destructive ‘acid wash’!  Again, this new type of acid cleaning does NOT destroy your plaster, meaning that if properly maintained, the plaster in your pool can last indefinitely!!!

            STOP! paying someone to:
     Drain your pool                       $$
     Wash away the plaster            $$
      Refill the water                      $$

This new way of cleaning a pool’s plaster is proven, and can be done in 1-3 days, depending upon the age and condition of your pool.

Also, if your pool is filled with algae, you do NOT need to drain the pool to clean your water!!  The organic compounds in your pool water can be ‘unlocked’, forcing them to sink to the bottom of your pool where they can then be vacuumed out of the pool the next day, leaving sparkling, clean water!  This saves you:
Sewage disposal cost               $$
Water refill cost                       $$
Chemical Rebalance cost         $$

This can usually be done usually for as little as $200-$400, plus downtime.

  1. This has some helpful advice for pool maintenance, thank you. Unfortunately, I have already stripped the plaster off my pool, and am looking to re-plaster. After, I will definitely look into using this new acid to clean the pool. But would you have any advice for re-plastering a pool? http://heritagepoolplasteringnv.com/Services/
